All DreamScape vinyl wallcoverings feature a low VOC formulation and comply with California IAQ-1350 standards for low VOC emission and Prop 65 Compliance. DreamScape continues to innovate, and we are proud to be the first printable wallcovering material for the digital industry to meet the new WA-101 standards.
Among other requirements, the WA-101 calls for passing a strict indoor air quality test called the IAQ-1350. This test involves the material being placed into a special chamber, and the off gasses are measured to test all "volatile organic chemicals". Typical vinyl products will not meet the low levels required from this test. Early in 2014 we altered the formulation for Dreamscape vinyls, so you can be sure that what you are buying today meets these high standards.
This new formulation features the same ultra white surface and excellent printing characteristics as our original product line.
Nolar, Nolar SailCloth, Terralon, Terralon Smooth, and Terralon Regatta also pass the IAQ-1350, however in addition they are Non-PVC based which significantly increase the sustainability options you have through DreamScape.
